cutlery, glasses, pots and pans. There is a very big balcony with view
at Lycabetous Mountain and has also table with 4 chairs
Accessories that has the flat: iron, ironing, vacuum cleaner and microwave
About the rent: I will be come every month to take the rent. In the
rent includes all the bills as water bills, building bills ,internet bills and electricity bills.
If you leave before the 15th of the month, you only pay for the days you stay. If you leave on or after the 15th, you must pay for the entire month.
About the deposit: With the first rent payment, you must also pay the security deposit. When the time comes for you to leave, if there are no damages and the place is clean, I will return the deposit to you.
